Would companies wanting to be a leader in the talent acquisition space want their hiring process to be transparent? Most wouldn’t agree to it now, but there’s no denying the fact that it would certainly help create a great employer brand.

Deloitte’s Future Of Work report underlines how there’s no escaping gig-economy in the future. In that scenario, wouldn’t companies go the extra step to be transparent in order to attract the best talent?
